How long will it take to receive my order?
We keep everything on our website in stock in our Gold Coast warehouse and try hard to get most orders packed and sent within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Our orders are shipped by either standard Australia Post for orders within Australia or International Courier company for New Zealand orders. Every parcel has a tracking number so if you don’t receive your order in a timely manner please contact us.
What is your exchange or refund policy?
robbiebrown will replace any items delivered which are faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged items must be received by robbiebrown within 48 hours of receipted delivery. Under these circumstances please contact Kay 0488 627 548 for instructions on returning the goods.
Changed your mind or not happy with your purchase?
robbiebrown will offer a refund or exchange period of 5 working days from receipt of goods. This refund or exchange is only available for unused/unworn products in original condition with undamaged packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable and products are to be returned to robbiebrown at the customers own expense and risk.
